Cole Finke

Cole is a lifelong baseball player, former camp counselor, and caregiver for kids with special needs.

Prior to Elevate, Cole worked as a private equity investor at Providence Equity Partners, where he diligenced and oversaw investments in the media, youth sports, and education industries. Cole began his career in investment banking at Barclays where he helped advise media and communications companies on M&A and capital market activities. Cole is a graduate of Cornell University and Harvard Business School.

David Rubenstein

David is a former Division I swimmer at the University of Kentucky and has experience as an instructor in the U.S. and Australia.

Prior to Elevate, David worked as a private equity investor at Harvest Partners, where he focused on investments in multi-location consumer services industries. David began his career in investment banking at Perella Weinberg Partners where he helped advise consumer, retail, and telecom companies on M&A. David is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and Harvard Business School.
